companies systematically underestimate business process error rates and

BeyondCore is
offering free quality evaluations as part of a unique process quality study
to confirm the extent of this problem. These quality evaluations will
include the field-level and process-level error rate for the process. The
free evaluations will not include the full BeyondCore Insight analysis which
specifies operator and field specific error patterns, operator specific
error rates, operator-specific training opportunities, and other actionable
insights. BeyondCore's quality improvement capabilities would be available
to study participants at preferential prices.

- Participant constraints: Participants must have 2010 or 2011
revenues over $1 Billion. Existing BeyondCore clients may participate in the
program.
- Process constraints: Invoice, claim, policy, or credit card / loan
applications with at least 10 operators working on the process. Only one
process will be evaluated for free for each Participant.
