Arijit has guest lectured at Stanford and other universities on globalization, business process outsourcing, entrepreneurship, distributed software development and other topics. Arijit held leadership positions at or contributed to several eBusiness initiatives and received the RosettaNet "Outstanding Leadership in the High Tech Industry" award. Arijit holds an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School and Bachelor degrees with Distinction in Computer Science and Economics from Stanford University. |

roles leading development, product management, and operations, and has
delivered class-defining products in multiple verticals at scanR, iPIX, HP,
and Kodak. Andrew has 9 issued patents. He led research projects in HP
Labs and architecture in Hewlett-Packard’s Internet Imaging Operation, and
began his career at Eastman Kodak Labs. Andrew received his Ph.D. in Applied
Physics from Caltech in 1991, and holds undergraduate degrees from MIT in
physics and mechanical engineering. |

Chris Long is a health care operating executive with deep expertise in operations, turnaround, integration and business process outsourcing. Most recently, Chris was COO of StayWell Health Management where he led Operations, IT and Analytics and was responsible for the integration of StayWell’s acquisition of LifeMasters, where he was General Manager prior to its acquisition. Prior to that, Chris developed and led a Business Process Outsourcing Center of Excellence at Blue Shield of California where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s outsourcing strategy, execution and management. Chris has been an International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) since 2008 and was its Member of the Year in 2010. He founded and currently chairs the IAOP Voice of the Customer Chapter and also serves on the IAOP Membership Committee. |

Pierre Loewe is a strategy, organization and innovation expert with over thirty years business experience in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. He has worked as a coach and consultant to senior management, as a marketing executive, and as an executive program designer and teacher.
Pierre currently teaches innovation in the MBA program at the Haas School of Business at Berkeley, and Business Strategy in the Executive MBA program at San Francisco State University. Previously, Pierre co-founded Strategos, a leading global strategic innovation consulting firm chaired by best-selling author and strategy guru Gary Hamel. John Rompon has been a technology executive who founded and successfully sold a variety of financial services, healthcare, and information technology companies. He was a founding member and Principal in Hewlett-Packard's global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) group, where he led transactions in India, Europe and Latin America. Before joining HP, John was the CEO of Brigade Corporation, a General Atlantic Partners portfolio company with 1,500 employees based in Hyderabad, India focused on delivering business process outsourcing services. He was previously a partner with First Consulting Group a founding partner of SAI, Inc., a financial services consulting firm he and his partners grew to 48 employees before selling the firm to Perot Systems. John was earlier a Senior Associate with Booz-Allen Hamilton, an international consulting firm, and a lawyer with the firm of Latham & Watkins. He currently serves on a variety of corporate and philanthropic boards, and is an advisory board member of two private equity firms. John received a BA in Economics and History (with honors) from Northwestern University and a JD (with highest honors) from Indiana University. |
